Connecting to and browsing the Site implies the User's full and unreserved acceptance of this legal notice.

article 2, to be decided
This paragraph is taken word for word from your current page, but it names LastMinuteLife as its own host, at your personal address. The site is in fact hosted by Netlify. The L.C.E.N. requires the actual host to be identified.
The expected wording would be: The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., whose registered office is located at 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
I have not substituted it myself: this is a legal text, and the replacement is your decision. Once decided, delete this box.

two registration numbers
Your current page shows IM075230032 in this section, while your site's footer shows IM035260001. Both numbers appear in your documents. Only one should be kept, or what each one corresponds to should be explained. Until you decide, I have left each number where it currently appears.
General terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions govern the use of this LastMinuteLife website. This website is owned and run by Julie Ruault.
By using this website, you indicate that you have read and understood the terms of use and that you agree to abide by them at all times.
Intellectual property
All content published and made available on this website is the property of Julie Ruault and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of this website.
Acceptable use
As a user, you agree to use the website lawfully and not to use this website for unlawful purposes, namely:
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the website owners or of any third party
- Posting any material that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive
If it is considered that you are using this website unlawfully or in a way that breaches the acceptable use terms above, the manager reserves the right to limit, suspend or terminate your access to this website.
The manager also reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to prevent you from accessing the website.
Cookie policy
1. Use of cookies
The LastMinuteLife website uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that is sent with the pages of this website and/or Flash applications and is stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer, mobile phone, smartwatch or tablet. The information stored in it may be sent back to the servers on a later visit.
The use of cookies is very important for the proper functioning of the website. Thanks to the (anonymous) input of visitors, they help to improve the use of the website and make it more user-friendly.
2. Consent
Your consent is required for the use of certain cookies. It is obtained by means of an information banner.
3. Types of cookies used and their purposes
The website uses the following cookies:
- Functional cookies: these improve the functioning of the website and make it more user-friendly for the visitor. For example, the manager may store your login details.
- Third-party cookies: these track the pages you visit on the Internet in order to build your personal profile. This profile is not linked to your name, address, email address, etc., as indicated above, but serves only to identify you as a unique visitor and to tailor advertisements to your profile so that they are as relevant to you as possible. The manager will always ask for your consent for these cookies.
- Website improvement cookies: these make it possible to test different versions of a web page in order to find out which page is used best.
3a. Audience measurement and advertising — Google
The Site uses the Google tag (gtag.js), which feeds Google Ads and Google Analytics. These tools place cookies that make it possible to measure traffic to the Site, understand through which channel visitors arrive, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
These cookies are only placed after your explicit acceptance via the consent banner. Until you have accepted, Google's Consent Mode is set to deny for all the signals concerned: advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and analytics storage. No measurement data is then transmitted.
Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear your browser's site data for lastminutelife.fr: the banner will be shown to you again.
paragraph added, to be approved
This paragraph 3a does not exist on your current page. I wrote it because the site now places Google cookies, which was not the case before, and a cookie policy must describe what is actually placed.
It accurately describes what the site does. I am not a lawyer and this text does not constitute legal advice: have it approved if you want to be certain of the wording. Once approved, delete this box.
4. Your rights regarding your personal data
You have the right to access, rectify, restrict and delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to the following address voyagessurmesure@lastminutelife.fr. Where the request concerns access to personal data linked to a cookie, you will be asked to send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find it in your browser settings.
5. Blocking and deleting cookies
You can easily block and delete cookies yourself at any time through your Internet browser. You can also set your Internet browser to show you a message when a cookie is installed. You can also specify that certain cookies may not be installed. To do so, please consult your browser's help function. If you delete the cookies in your browser, this may affect your use of the website.
Some tracking cookies are installed by third parties that display advertisements to you via our website. You can delete these cookies centrally via www.youronlinechoices.eu.
Please note that if you do not want cookies, it will no longer be possible to guarantee that the website works properly. Some features of the site may be affected and in some cases you will no longer be able to access the site. Furthermore, refusing cookies does not mean that you will not see any advertisements. The advertisements are simply no longer tailored to your interests and may therefore appear more often.
The steps to follow to adjust your settings vary from one browser to another. If necessary, consult your browser's help function, or follow one of the links below to go directly to your browser's manual.
6. New developments and unforeseen cookies
On some pages, content may be used that is hosted on other sites and made accessible on the website by means of certain codes (embedded content). These codes often use cookies. The manager, however, has no control over what these third parties do with their cookies. It is also possible that cookies are placed by other people via the website. Have you found cookies on the website that have not been identified? Please let us know by email. You can also contact the third party directly and ask which cookies it places, for what reason, what the lifespan of the cookie is and what measures are in place to protect your privacy.
7. Remarks
This cookie policy must be updated regularly, for example when there are changes to the website or to the rules concerning it. Please consult this page to read the latest version of the cookie policy. If you have any questions and/or comments, please contact the manager at the following email address: voyagessurmesure@lastminutelife.fr

General terms and conditions of sale
Article 1 — Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between the LastMinuteLife Travel Agency and its clients. They apply to all services offered by the Travel Agency.
Article 2 — Booking
2.1 The client may make a booking with the Travel Agency by telephone, online or in person directly with the travel agent.
2.2 The Travel Agency will prepare up to two quotes free of charge. Beyond that, any further changes will be charged.
2.3 The booking will be confirmed after payment of the required deposit or of the full amount of the trip, in accordance with the specific conditions of each service.
Article 3 — Validity and prices
3.1 The quote issued by the Agency is valid for seven (7) days from its date of issue. At the end of this period, the Agency reserves the right to revise the prices and conditions of the proposal according to changes in the cost of services, economic conditions or exchange rates. The Client is informed that, during the validity period, the quote may be subject to price variations, in particular with regard to plane tickets and other associated services. As a result, the Agency cannot guarantee a fixed price on the quote sent to the Client. The Client is therefore advised to confirm acceptance of the quote as soon as possible in order to benefit from the prices offered.
3.2 The prices of the services shown in the quote are expressed in euros and include all applicable taxes.
Article 4 — Payment
4.1 Services may be paid for by bank transfer, cash, ANCV chèques-vacances (French holiday vouchers) or bank card, according to the terms agreed at the time of booking. Some payment methods incur handling fees.
4.2 If the deposit is not paid within the time allowed, the Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking.
Article 5 — Changes and cancellation by the Client
5.1 Any request to change or cancel a booking must be made in writing to the Travel Agency.
5.2 Cancellation fees may apply according to the specific conditions of each service. Once payment for the trip has been made, the agency reserves the following cancellation fees:
- €150 of the total amount for cancellation more than 30 days before departure
- 50% from 30 to 21 days before departure
- 70% from 20 to 8 days before departure
- 75% from 7 to 2 days before departure
- 100% from 1 day before to the day of departure
Fees will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
5.3 The Client has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time the contract is signed; if the Client changes their mind and decides to cancel during this period, the service provided may be refunded or exchanged.
5.4 If some services are non-refundable, the corresponding costs will be borne by the Client.
Article 6 — Changes and cancellation by the Travel Agency
6.1 The Travel Agency reserves the right to change or cancel a service in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
6.2 In the event of cancellation by the Travel Agency, the Client will be refunded all sums paid.
Article 7 — Liability
7.1 The Travel Agency cannot be held liable for incidents, accidents, delays or changes beyond its control, nor for the actions of clients, such as damage to, loss of or theft of property.
7.2 The Travel Agency cannot be held liable for situations that do not match the information provided in the travel guide sent to the Client.
7.3 The Travel Agency will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the stay only if the Client has taken out the Availability Option. This paid option gives the Client personalised assistance when needed, whether for questions, last-minute adjustments or unexpected events during the trip.
7.4 The Travel Agency's liability is limited to the obligations set out in these GTCS.
Article 8 — Insurance
The Travel Agency holds a financial guarantee covering it should one or more clients need to be repatriated in the event of cessation of business. The Client is strongly advised to take out insurance covering travel-related risks, such as cancellation, loss of luggage or medical expenses. The Agency also offers the possibility of taking out this insurance directly through its services.
Article 9 — Disputes and consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the Agency, they will endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the professional).
Failing an amicable agreement, or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the Client, as a consumer within the meaning of Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code, may, if a disagreement remains, refer the matter free of charge to the competent mediator listed by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the French Consumer Code, namely: La Société Médiation Professionnelle, www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr, Alteritae, 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez.
Article 10 — Applicable law
These GTCS are governed by French law.
Final clauses
Limitation of liability
Julie Ruault or any of her employees will be held liable for any problem arising from this website. Nevertheless, Julie Ruault and her employees will not be held liable for any problem arising from any improper use of this website.
this clause says the opposite of what it should
The sentence above is copied word for word from your current page. As written, it makes you liable for any problem arising from the website, which is very probably the opposite of what was intended, and of what the following sentence says.
A negation is most likely missing: "Julie Ruault or any of her employees will not be held liable for any problem arising from this website."
I have not corrected it myself: changing the meaning of a liability clause is not a matter of form. Have it checked, then delete this box.
Indemnity
As a user, you hereby indemnify Julie Ruault against any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising from your use of this website or from your breach of any of the provisions set out in this document.
Applicable laws
This document is subject to the laws applicable in France and aims to comply with its necessary rules and regulations. This includes the EU-wide regulation set out in the GDPR.
Severability
If, at any time, any of the provisions set out in this document is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from this document. All other provisions will not be affected by the laws and the rest of the document will still be considered valid.
Changes
These general terms and conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any change in the way the website is run and the way the manager expects users to behave on the website. Users are advised to check these general terms and conditions from time to time to make sure they are informed of any updates. Where necessary, they will be notified by email of changes made to these terms, or a notice will be posted on the website.
