Tailor-made corporate retreats and group trips Organising a trip for many is a different job.

Standard bookings no longer work, providers ask for deposits, and one person has to coordinate everyone. It might as well be me.

Corporate retreat, incentive, hen party, stag party, trip with friends
Scope
France and abroad

Two contexts, the same logistics

Corporate retreats, group trips, hen parties: what I design for groups.

Corporate retreats and business travel

Corporate retreats, incentives, team-building, reward trips, works councils. In France and abroad. Management expects results, the team expects to be well looked after, and the budget has to be justifiable: these are three constraints that are worked on together, not one after the other.

You have a single point of contact, an invoice from a registered agency, and a programme in which every line has been checked.

Hen parties, stag parties and trips with friends

Milestone birthdays, reunions, weekends that need coordinating. Often a group whose members do not all know each other, travelling from different cities, with very different means, and one organiser carrying everything.

I take the logistics off your hands, including the most thankless part: the reminders, the staggered payments and the last-minute changes.

Everything about organising a hen party abroad

What changes when there are many of you

The moment organising becomes a job.

A small group can still be managed like an extended family. Beyond a certain number, almost everything changes in nature, and this is rarely anticipated when the idea first comes up in a group chat.

  • Restaurants no longer take same-day bookings: you have to book weeks in advance, often with a set menu and a deposit.
  • Accommodation switches to group conditions, with cancellation periods and deposits that differ from those shown online.
  • The most popular activities are fully booked well ahead in high season, and cannot simply be doubled up.
  • People arrive from several cities and at different times, which makes transfers far more complex than a single run from the airport.
  • Budgets are not the same across the group, and nobody ever says so spontaneously.
  • Someone has to advance money, chase people and make the calls. It is usually the person organising, and it is what most often spoils their own trip.

What this changes for you

You come with your wishes, your budget per person, your dates and the size of the group. You leave with a coherent programme, confirmed bookings, realistic timings, and a point of contact you can reach if something changes along the way. You do not have to negotiate with five providers in a foreign language, check how reliable they are, or chase payments.

The professional framework

What you get by going through an agency.

Registration

Travel agency registered with Atout France, IM035260001. I book on your behalf; you do not book anything yourself.

Guarantees

Financial guarantee from Arcus Solution, professional liability insurance with Hiscox.

Invoicing

An agency invoice, suited to the requirements of an accounts department.

Payment

Payment in instalments always offered, which makes collecting money within a private group much simpler.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions about corporate retreats and group trips.

Do you work with groups of any size?

Yes. The trip is simply not built the same way: a small group still resembles a family holiday, whereas a larger group requires group bookings, deposits and coordinated arrivals. Tell me how many of you there are, and I will tell you what that involves.

How far in advance should we start?

As early as possible: the bigger the group, the more planning ahead determines what is still available, especially flights, accommodation and restaurants that can take a group. From our first conversation, I tell you the realistic lead time for your project, depending on the destination and the season.

What happens if someone drops out?

The conditions depend on the providers booked and are set out in the general terms of sale. This is precisely why the number of participants is fixed on a date we agree together, and why I remind you of it before booking.

Do you organise corporate retreats in France?

Yes, and it is often the best option when the budget per person is tight or when the team is travelling from several sites. Being based in Saint-Malo, I naturally work with Brittany and the coast, but I am not limited to the region.

Do you accept chèques-vacances?

Yes. I accept chèques-vacances (French holiday vouchers), as well as bank transfer and card payment. Payment can be made in one or several instalments.

Two ways to begin

A clear project, or just a wish?

Both can be worked on. The only difference is the starting point.

Tell me about your project

The form takes three minutes. Dates are not required: if you do not have any yet, an approximate period is enough.

Describe my project

Thirty minutes by video or phone, free and with no commitment, to clarify an idea that is still taking shape and see whether I am the right person for you.
