Tailor-made weekend Two days take more preparation than you might think.
Over a weekend, every hour counts: a poorly chosen flight, an out-of-the-way hotel or a fully booked restaurant, and half a day disappears. I build short, full weekends, without any rush, in France and abroad.

- Two to four days

Why a weekend goes wrong
Travel time eats into time on the ground.
A weekend comes down to details that seem secondary when you book, yet decide what you are left with when you get home.
- A flight that lands late on Friday or leaves early on Sunday, and the weekend shrinks to a single real day.
- An airport far from the centre, whose transfer time you only discover once you are there.
- Accommodation chosen for its price, but so badly located that every outing requires a journey.
- A programme that is too full, designed as a list of sites rather than as a neighbourhood to enjoy.
- The places that matter, booked too late because "it is only a weekend".
My role is to sort out these points before you leave, so that the two days are spent enjoying yourself.
What I prepare
A short weekend, but a complete one.
The right choice of destination
I start from your departure city, your timings and what you feel like right now: a city to wander, the sea out of season, sunshine in the middle of winter. A destination that looks ideal on paper can be the wrong idea if the outward journey takes half a day.
Transport and accommodation
I book the journeys and accommodation in the right spot. I also take care of online check-in for flights and send you the boarding passes with the travel book.
A programme with room to breathe
Not an hour-by-hour schedule, but themed half-days with my suggestions: a neighbourhood, a walk, a place for the evening. You remain free to change your mind.
The travel book
Everything is brought together in a detailed travel book, with practical advice: how to get to the centre, what is best booked ahead, what can wait.
Ideas to suit your mood
Going away for two days, but for what?
A city to explore on foot
A European capital or a more human-sized city, where you walk from one neighbourhood to the next. It is the easiest format to get right, provided the accommodation is chosen according to the neighbourhoods you want to experience.
Sunshine in the depths of winter
When the grey skies drag on, a few days in the sun make a real difference. Morocco lends itself well to a short stay, as long as you stick to a single city rather than trying to see everything.
An occasion to celebrate
A birthday, a proposal, a reunion with friends. The weekend then becomes a small event, with a highlight to book well in advance.
France, without flying
Based in Saint-Malo, I know Brittany and the coast well, but I also build weekends all over France. Corsica is better suited to a slightly longer stay.
To go further, I have gathered ten city ideas in my article on last-minute weekends.
Frequently asked questions
What people ask me about weekends.
Do you organise last-minute weekends?
Yes, that is actually where the name LastMinute.Life comes from. The shorter the notice, the narrower the choice, but a quick departure is still possible. I talk about it in my article on trips decided on the spur of the moment.
Is a weekend worth having organised by an agency?
It is precisely on a short trip that mistakes cost the most time. You tell me what you would like and what your constraints are, I suggest an itinerary, then a quote once the itinerary is approved.
Do you work with all budgets?
Yes. I ask you for a budget from the start: that is what allows me to suggest a realistic weekend rather than a list of ideas that are out of reach.
How does payment work?
A first deposit triggers the bookings, and payment can be made in one or several instalments, by bank transfer, bank card or chèques-vacances (French holiday vouchers). The details are set out in the general terms and conditions of sale.
Two ways to begin
A clear project, or just a wish?
Both can be worked on. The only difference is the starting point.
Tell me about your project
The form takes three minutes. Dates are not required: if you do not have any yet, an approximate period is enough.
Describe my projectBook a call
Thirty minutes by video or phone, free and with no commitment, to clarify an idea that is still taking shape and see whether I am the right person for you.
