A passion turned profession

Turning a wish into a plan, and a plan into a trip that really works.

I founded LastMinute.Life in 2022 to design tailor-made trips that truly reflect the people who take them. My job is not selling trips. It is turning a wish into a plan, and a plan into a trip that works in real life.

I work on my own, and that is a choice. You have the same point of contact from the first call until you are back home. Your booking is never handed over, never taken on by someone else, never processed through a standardised procedure.

My approach to travel

A balance between what you want to discover and what you want to experience.

A successful trip is not a pile of activities, nor a destination ticked off a list. It is a balance between what you want to discover and what you want to experience, between the urge to get away and the need to breathe.

Tailor-made travel is not a luxury reserved for a few. It is a way of travelling: taking the time to do things properly, planning ahead for what needs planning, and arriving at your destination without having to improvise.

For the same budget, a tailor-made trip is almost always better than one bought online. That conviction guides every project I design.

What sets me apart

Many agencies sell trips. I design journeys.

In practice, this means I spend more time understanding your project than comparing prices. I check every detail before suggesting anything to you. And I tell you "no" when an idea does not hold up, rather than letting you head straight for a brick wall.

This kind of work does not always show in a quote. But it shows during your trip, when everything runs smoothly, when you arrive at a hotel that genuinely suits your needs, when you avoid the pitfalls you had not seen coming.

One group, one point of contact

Coordinating people who do not all want exactly the same thing is part of the job. Weighing up conflicting wishes, finding the right balance, and taking the decision on the group's behalf: that is often what makes the difference between a project that comes together and one that gets bogged down.

Two ways to get started

A clear project, or just a wish?

Both can be worked on. The only difference is the starting point.

Tell me about your project

The form takes three minutes. Dates are not required: if you do not have any yet, an approximate period is enough.

Thirty minutes by video or phone, free and with no commitment, to clarify an idea that is still taking shape and see whether I am the right person for you.
