My method
A method, not a price bracket.
I do not work in tiers. The same care goes into a weekend in Europe as into a three-week tour. What changes is the budget, not the way the trip is built.
In practice: I first build an itinerary, which you approve. The quote comes next, once the programme is settled. Working in this order is what makes unpleasant surprises disappear.

- A free quote, which can be changed until you approve it, valid for seven days.
- Fees built directly into the price of the services.
- Payment in instalments, always offered.
- A detailed travel book, in digital form, with a printed version on request.
- As an option, a direct line you can reach at any hour during your trip.
The legal framework
A registered travel agency: the same protection as with a large agency.
This is the most tangible difference between a registered agency and a travel planner who leaves you to book everything yourself. I explain it in detail in my guide on travel agencies versus travel planners.

How are you paid?
My fees are built directly into the price of the services. There is no extra line to pay on the quote: the amount you see is the price of the trip.
Do I need to know my dates to get started?
No. An approximate period is more than enough to begin, and that is the case for most projects at first contact. The dates are fixed when the bookings are made.
Do I need to give a budget?
Yes, and as early as possible. It is not a sales question: it is what allows me to build a realistic itinerary rather than a proposal you would have to turn down. A rough range is enough.
How far ahead of departure should I get in touch?
It depends on the destination, the season and the size of the group. A weekend in Europe comes together quickly; a tour in high season, a honeymoon or a group of twelve takes several months. Our first conversation lets me tell you precisely.
Is the quote binding?
No. The quote is free and can be changed until you approve it. It is valid for seven days from issue, the time during which the prices offered can be held.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, payment in instalments is always offered. The terms are set out with the quote.
