My name is Julie Ruault. From Saint-Malo, I design tailor-made trips: honeymoons, family holidays, weekends, tours, trips with friends and corporate retreats, in France and abroad. My clients live all over the place, in France but also abroad. Everything is put together by phone, video call and email, in French or English, without you ever having to travel to meet me.
My job is not to sell trips. It is to turn a wish into a project, and a project into a trip that works in real life: journeys that connect smoothly, a pace you can keep up, and choices that match what you are really looking for.

I am based in Saint-Malo, but your project is built entirely remotely, in French or English: you never need to travel, wherever you live.

Thirty minutes, free of charge, by video call or phone. We clarify what you would like, your constraints and your budget. No commitment.

Itinerary, then quote
I first build an itinerary for you to approve. The quote follows once the programme is settled. My fees are included in the price of the services.

Bookings
I book everything and check every confirmation. Payment in instalments is possible.

Travel book and departure
A detailed travel book, digital or on paper if you prefer: programme, addresses, practical tips and everything you need to know once there.
The framework
The same legal protection as with a large agency.
Many independent travel planners operate without registration and cannot book on your behalf. That is not the case for me.
Registration
Travel agency registered with Atout France under number IM035260001. I sell package holidays in the legal sense of the term.
Financial guarantee
Financial guarantee held with Arcus Solution, which notably covers repatriation in the event the business ceases trading.
Professional liability
Professional liability insurance held with Hiscox.
Quote and payment
Free quote, which can be amended until you approve it, valid for seven days. Payment in instalments is always offered.
